Due to retirement & growth, seeking (2) Construction Managers to oversee projects of semi-custom homes ranging from $700K- $3Mil (2,000-7,000 sq. ft). Make a difference as you oversee all phases of construction, from planning to implementation, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. MUST be willing to work rotating Saturdays (once/mo) with additional pay. Seeking candidates experienced in GROUND-UP PRODUCTION residential construction, solid job stability and clean background check.
Compensation: $100k-$115k + discretionary bonus + $7K truck allowance and comprehensive benefit package.
