Permit Coordinator will assist Project Managers and Superintendents with permitting processes, inspections, and common code issues. Point person for providing information regarding Building Departments procedures, policies, and functions needed for permit submittal for projects throughout Florida.
MUST have 3 yrs permitting experience with GC, municipal or subcontractor. Seeking a high-performing, multi-tasking, self-starter who is deadline driven and excels in a fast- paced and continually changing environment.

Salary: $62k-$70K + 100% PAID FAMILY Health insurance & 401k matching up to 3%
