📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Primary Purpose Of Position
Responsible for assisting journeyman and foreman carpenters in the completion of their tasks while learning the trade.

Key Result Areas (essential Functions)
Setup trailersBuild decks, stairs, roofs and other temporary structures between office units, plan tables, install shelves, setup tool trailers and/or conex's, silt fences and/or straw bales, setup site per erosion control planHand-set forms and/or assemble the gang formsAssist journeyman and foreman with the shooting of grades and elevationUnload, handle, stockpile, and erect of all pre-fabricated materialsConcrete and rough carpentryHand set WallsFootingsSet Gang Wall FormsStructural Concrete DecksDrywallFinish Carpentry, doors, frames, and hardwareMillwork and cabinetryEffectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsAll other duties as assigned

Education And Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GEDEnrolled in apprenticeship programPrevious experience on a construction site preferred
