📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid, independent contract (1099) role for a Wedding & Events Coordinator located in San Francisco, CA with flexibility for some remote work. The Wedding & Events Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day event planning/coordination tasks, including communication with clients, vendors, and event staff, on-site event management, and sales. This role is based in San Francisco, CA but some work from home is acceptable.
QualificationsEvent Planning and Management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service backgroundAbility to work well under pressure and with tight deadlinesOrganizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExperience in the wedding and events industryProficiency in Microsoft Office and other event planning software is desirableExperience with Content Creation a plus!
