📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's/University degree.2 to 5 years of experience.Experience in investigation support or related administrative work.Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills.Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information.
What You Will Be DoingResponsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management system.Assist in the preparation of investigation plans.Assist with updates to parties related to investigations, including Complainants, Human Resources, Ethics Office and Legal.Gather and analyze data, which may include emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigation.Participate in and take notes during investigative interviews with employees.Assist with final investigative report writing.Work closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work.May participate in project work as needed.
