Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a GBS Travel Support Specialist to join their team in San Diego, CA!
- *This is a 17-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
As the GBS Travel Support Specialist, act as back-up for Global Travel Manager Customer service for travelers and EA’s to ensure prompt resolution.
Responsibilities:Concur travel site administrator Monitoring corporate policyValidation of travel spendAirline credit managementAnalyze travel reporting and consolidation of reports from various sources
Desired SkillsA certificate in tourism, travel or hospitality 5 years experience in the travel industryA minimum of 2 years working proficiently in Concur TravelConcur travel experience, site administration and strong problem-solving abilities within the tool Proficient with Google Workspace
