📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our large crypto company is looking for a contract Incentives Operations & Support Analyst. This is a remote contract position.
As an Incentives Operations & Support Analyst, you'll join a dynamic team focused on delivering global growth and incentives programs. In this role, you'll be a guiding force for smooth execution of our incentives programs, ensuring user satisfaction and operational excellence from end to end. You’ll build a deep understanding of incentives systems, legal frameworks, and operational methodologies that will enable you to address inquiries and challenges with autonomy, surpassing user expectations and contributing to the effectiveness of our promotional strategies.
Contract Duration: 12-Months
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience at a tech company in a role directly engaging with users. Ability to communicate effectively across various support channels. Strong aptitude for identifying process gaps and devising effective solutions. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams. Ability to lead by example, setting a high standard for performance and work ethic within the team. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Act as a product and service expert in incentives operations, guiding our user base through the intricacies of the user experience from start to finish. Manage a variety of critical processes, including treasury management, prize allocation, legal compliance, entry processing, winner selection and notification, and prize fulfillment. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Legal, Data Science, and Program Management. Play a crucial role in our global operating model, ensuring the continuous smooth running of incentives campaigns. Serve as the voice of the user for internal teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to enhance our offerings.
