Required Skills & ExperienceAbility to work creatively and independently in a dynamic environment.Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple work assignments based on established priorities.Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Strong meeting management/facilitation skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to interact and build relationships with senior leaders, user community, and key support partners.Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both business unit (non-technical) and development (technical) personnel.Strong track record of successful project work in a diverse environment.Fully proficient in standard Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Financial Services experience.5+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. What You Will Be DoingConsult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
