Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and executive-level scrutiny. Proven experience collaborating and building partnerships in a matrix environment. Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment. Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity/undefined areas. Agile experience and/or certifications. Regulatory reporting experience. Capital Markets, Treasury, Financial or Accounting experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. Exposure to Capital Markets, Treasury, Financial or Accounting experience. Coordinate across Product, business, tech, and partner teams providing visibility into current and planned deliverables, risks, and financial health. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, own and limit initiative risk mitigation, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area. Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
