5+ years of experience Rshiny application development Visualization libraries and tools (reactable, datatable, ggplot2, plotly, etc.) Genomic data experience RDMS (PostgreSQL preferred) Code management and documentation
Desired Skills & Experience
Preferred: Additional experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flask, Django) Experience in SQL for database querying, especially for Genomics data Strong problem-solving skills for data integration, quality, and performance optimization M.S. in Computer Science or related field
