📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Social Copywriter to join their team in Los Angeles! This role is onsite hybrid so local candidates are required.

In this role, you will be responsible for all publishing, copy, and community management across an assigned social channel for one of the company's biggest brands! You will write and optimize copy to meet marketing objectives, elevate and push the brand's voice online, identify and execute community management opportunities in the owned comments and beyond. You will also be responsible for publishing all posts for your assigned channel(s)
ResponsibilitiesCopy and Community ManagementWrite compelling, voice-y, platform specific copyAssist in TOV setting, and enforce copy/Community Management best practices across assigned social channelsEngage with comments on owned posts (building community between the brand and fans), and identify opportunities on what to post next based on what you're seeing fans react toUtilize social listening tools to identify Community Management opportunies beyond owned postsPublishingBe the hands-on-keyboard team member responsible for publishing to your assigned channel(s)Responsible for final optimizations on social posts ie QC of copy and CTAs, identify best thumbnails for video posts, tag talent in posts, etc.Content StrategyProvide creative ideation in brainstorming, in collaboration with channel leads, to support channel programming
Required Skills & Experience3-5 years of social copywriting experieneExceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading skillsExperience publishing both manually and with a prominent social media publishing tool (ideally Sprinklr)A deep understanding of audience behavior across different social media platformsAn understanding of how other brands look and sound on socialExceptional time management, communication, and adaptability skills
