Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Experience writing test documentation such as Test Plans, scripts and test results reports. Ability to analyze/interpret test results and provide recommendations to improve testing. Professional experience with test plans, test scripting, application architecture, working with SDLC, ALM and Jira. Must have experience with agile environments. Project management experience with a focus on project status reporting and coordination of efforts to meet project timelines. Experience interacting with development teams, end-user teams, and other stakeholders. Experience coordinating test planning and execution in a complex environment with a large number of application teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability. 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with Instant Payments or Payments operations in general.

What You Will Be Doing

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities by multiple application teams (up to 20) for small and large complex releases, while also helping to establish strategy for test automation and track execution of the strategy. Ensure all required planning and test execution documentation has been completed, define the test schedules based on when code is available in the UAT environment, facilitate resolution of cross-application issues and defects and provide reporting on testing progress, risks and impediments to program leadership (business and technology). Facilitate process of identifying and translating business and functional specifications into testing requirements to provide a foundation for the end-to-end test strategy. Track and monitor status of testing, risks, and impediments, implement QA standards and policies, and communicate QA schedule.
