Structure and MEP disciplines to join our New York office, working closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultant teams. As a BIM Coordinator working across all disciplines, you will lead the coordination and be responsible for the implementation of project BIM execution plans, and digital workflows for collaboration and data exchange. You will need to be fluent in the development and coordination of 3D models using Autodesk and/or Bentley software applications in major infrastructure and building projects.

Responsibilities: 

Production of models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, Bentley Open Suite software a plusAssist the BIM Manager in model management.Coordinate all design matters between the key project stakeholders.Coordinate services across multiple disciplines and compile into a relevant report.Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plansSet up, configure, and manage the project BIM platformsSupport BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination in all phases of a projectLead model federation and design resolution activities, including assisting in model navigation and leading the team during model-based design review meetingsUse Autodesk Construction Cloud, Model Coordination as a coordination tool.Communicate complex technical concepts in 3D digital modelsInterpret design intent sketches provided by the project engineersComply with company and project-specific modelling and drawing standardsGuide and mentor the BIM Modelers and identify the training requirements.Able to lead and manage the pool of BIM Modelers

Candidate Specification

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team5+ years of local industry experience in M&E BIM implementationProficient in the use of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks and Bentley Open Suite software a plus.Knowledge ISO19650 a plus.Strong understanding of developing, supporting, and managing models as per project standardsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related disciplineThe following experience is preferredExperience with data management systems (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, and Microsoft SharePoint)Experience in programming software/parametric tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python)

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
