Grain Facility Asst Manager

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations at individual Grain Facility. These operations include Safety, Environmental, employee retention, meeting operational goals, receiving and keeping grain in quality standards, loading grain out for sales, customer service, communication with support departments.

Duties/Activities Required By Job

Oversee day-to-day operations at individual Grain Facility, provide proper direction and support. Safety/Enviro/Regulatory Compliance-provides direct support to meet certifications (i.e. Lock out, Tag Out and Fork lift). Ensures certifications don't lapseAssist the Grains Facility Manager on execution of projectsOperations and Quality-receiving and keeping grain in quality standardsPeople Management- To increase retention focus on providing direction and support to achieve goals. Making certain all tools are in place for success at job.Ability to climb up to 150 feet

Educations/Experience Requirements

College Preferred, High School min1-3 yearsEvidence of skill in leading people, customer service, and comprehension of complex processes; the ability to quickly learn and then teach new things; evidence of mechanical aptitude and financial understanding; solid math, written, and verbal skills; competent in relevant computer programs.
