Retail Store Facilities Manager

We are looking for top talent to join our Facilities team in Paramus, New Jersey to manage day to day store repair and maintenance issues and project management responsibilities to support our 50+ US and Canada retail stores and Shop-N-Shops. Assist with data management, prepare reports, manage new store construction, renovation projects and special projects for the retail division.

Roles & Responsibilities

Write routine reports and correspondenceRespond to common inquiries from internal customersCollaborate with store, district, and regional managers to ensure brand standards are maintained efficiently and within budgetOngoing evaluation and understanding of trades and service providers including HVAC, plumbing, electric, lighting and display casesManage store construction and openings, maintain schedules.Travel to store locations as requiredCreate and maintain budgets, track actual vs. budgetSolve issues with a sense of urgencyProcess invoices in SAP, JP Morgan online systems, create reportsMaintain paper and electronic filesCreate and maintain facility logsMaintain databases of all stores; project related and day to day

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration5+ years facilities management work experience supporting retail storesExcellent project management skillsExperienced and comfortable communicating via multiple channels via Zoom, Teams, email communicationsProficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.)Experience with SAP a plusExcellent verbal and written communication and follow-through skillsStrong organizational and planning skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities with impeccable attention to detailProficient at handling multiple tasks with the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice.Ability to work independently with little supervision.Excellent interpersonal skillsIntermediate knowledge of financial terms and principlesExcellent problem solving skills
