JOB SUMMARY: Financial Advisor (remote in PA) MP’s client is looking for a full-time remote (Pennsylvania) Financial Advisor to join our growing team! For nearly 50 years, MP’s client and their partner firm has offered a unique selling structure which includes a low-key consultative sales approach. We are currently seeking licensed financial advisors in multiple areas of Pennsylvania due to rapid business growth. Our market niche focuses on a stable and consistent target market segment, offering protected territories giving you places to go and people to see, eliminating the need for cold calling. Our Advisors spend their time building relationships with centers of influence, presenting to large groups of potential clients, and meeting individuals one-on-one to jointly discuss wealth management and financial and retirement planning process. In addition, we often provide existing clients with a chance to help new advisors get started.One of the biggest challenges often expressed in this industry is the lack of qualified leads and how time-consuming it is to conduct cold marketing efforts. Our sales model eliminates that aspect and enables advisors to navigate a successful career by utilizing their networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: Education: Bachelors degree preferred, not required. Experience: 2+ years financial service experience. Certifications/Licensure: Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, or 66 – must have clean FINRABrokerCheck. Life & Health Insurance License or willing to obtain them within 6 months of employment.

MORE INFORMATION: Compensation Expectations: $50k base salary + Commission.Breakdown: On average the first-year commission is around $10k, year 2 is around $25k, year 3 is around $50k per year and year 4 is around $100k per year. Location: This is a fully remote position! However, due to the territory covered we are only looking for candidates who reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
