Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at MRD Apartments located in Fort Gratiot, MI. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, including rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and property inspections. They will also oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
