Required ExperienceKnowledge of the advertising and marketing industry preferred (i.e., Advertising systems, Digital communication and marketing platforms, Personalization solutions, Marketing Automation, and Web Analytics)Proven experience leading teams in an Agile environmentAbility to provide direction and leadership within a team environmentExcellent problem solverAbility to document requirements and specificationsExcellent written and verbal skillsMust be able to explain limitations, both technical and time, to non-technical team members
QualificationsExperience with consumer-facing web appExperience with supporting an API-based platform for external clients5+ years in technology and 2+ years in engineering management rolesLed or managed a team of 3+ Developers/ProgrammersManaged multiple engineering teams in multiple locationsExperience with our technology stack or similar (PHP, Java)Work experience includes small- or medium-sized companiesExperience working on high-availability systems is a plus
