Murphy Schiller & Wilkes (MSW) is a boutique law firm servicing the commercial real estate and construction industries. The firm is currently seeking to hire a full-time Paralegal to support the firm's Litigation and Construction Law practice groups.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Litigation Paralegal at our Newark office. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with day-to-day tasks including legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications2+ years as a litigation paralegal is requiredLegal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skillsExperience in drafting pleadings and motionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in legal software and databasesKnowledge of litigation procedures and court rulesBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification
