Maintain all payroll records for MUSC and MUSCP's payroll departments.Track and record employee Leave RequestsEnsure employee actions (recruiting, hiring, promotions, and separations) are processed in a timely manner.Monitor employee annual requirements.Distribute HR communications as needed
Office Management

Front line point of contact- answer incoming calls and welcome guestsCheck, open, and distribute incoming mail daily.Assist with the mailings of Accounts Payable and tax-related documents.Monitor inventory and order office supplies.Maintain Information Technology and asset inventory.Assist with Policies and Procedures management, including MUSC intranet updates.Distribute office communications as neededManage Foundation credit card.Payment request Processing for Foundation OfficeManage Foundation interns

Additional Job Description
A high school diploma and five years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and three years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services.
