The MVP Consulting Group (search firm) has been retained by to recruit a motivated licensed professional to serve as the Clinical Director for a newly established Inpatient Program in Renton, WA.
This role requires a licensed professional with at least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Director (ideally experience in an inpatient setting), expertise in mental health and substance abuse, and a track record of leading staff. The role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including program development, networking, business development and possess a commitment to creating a positive environment for our staff and participants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of clinicians, case managers, and administrative staff.Develop and execute program strategies to meet goals.Provide leadership and guidance to program coordinators.Recruit, hire, and supervise clinical staff, ensuring staff competence and performance.Manage program budgets, maintain cost-effectiveness, and develop referral sources.Ensure patient and customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.Work within an interdisciplinary treatment team, maintaining professional ethical standards.
