Customer Support Engineer ADMS Remote Duration: 12 months
The Customer Support Engineer will be part of the Digital Support Engineering team delivering software solutions in the Energy domain. The Staff Customer Support Engineer is responsible for resolving customers’ product, configuration, and application issues/questions for GE Solutions products. May include travel.
Required Qualifications
Direct experience installing, maintaining, or supporting GE e-terra DMS products including DMS, DNAF, OMS, Storm Assist and DER.
- Implementation of ADMS solutions utilizing the Series 3 Software Suite
