Job Description
The Finance Graduate Program (FGP) takes experienced, high-performing graduate students that have just completed their degree and places them into three, eight-month rotations in our most strategic and critical roles. In this accelerated leadership program, candidates are working directly with our senior leaders on providing insights, in-depth solutions and driving change across a variety of quantitative, strategic management and process engineering roles.

Finance Graduate Program Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate program and graduating in the 2024 academic yearMaster's in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent3 - 6 years' professional experienceDemonstrated problem solving and influencing skill-setHighly successful working independently, in teams and across a matrixed environmentChange management and innovative mind-setAnalytical, managerial and organizational skillsAdvanced in Excel and data management - Intermediate in coding a plus (R, Python, SQL, etc.)Deep knowledge of the financial markets and industry
Salary Range
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
