As a Product Manager in Global Banking Platform, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job Responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityContribute to the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of the Global Banking Platform roadmapManage existing features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmapDrive Global Banking Platform towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibilityFacilitate and drive solutions across the organization; working with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls, Design and Technology teams to prioritize, deliver and align with senior managementBuild relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across JPMorgan ChaseAct as voice of the customer and drive product vision in forums where senior product owners are not present

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementMinimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education/experience requiredExperience developing roadmaps, understanding value proposition of different capabilities and features, and communicating business value and benefits of work through initiatives and epicsAbility to surface key information need to make decisions and drive work forwardAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
