As a Risk Analyst, you’ll work on the cutting edge with the largest FinTech company in the world. While using your advanced technical skills to protect Worldpay from threats, you will partner with business leaders to identify risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and promote continuous improvement.

Ensure the strategic objectives of risk management program are met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response and program testing and validation.Review significant events and advises business owners of action steps required to prevent future recurrence.Perform risk assessments related to the Enterprise Risk Management programs as well as other consulting projects throughout various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues, control gaps and potential process efficiencies.Document risk analysis, controls and evaluates control design including continuous control improvement.Communicate risk findings and recommendations effectively to management.Manage specific areas of exposure.Provide guidance and support to business units in implementing risk mitigation strategies and issues management.Issues management analysis and reporting.Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on risk-related matters.Three or more years’ experience as a Risk Analyst.Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skills.Project-oriented and may require a significant amount of overtime at critical times.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, and clients.Experience working with operational risk assessments and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)Experience in Issues Management.Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and industry standards.Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and GRC tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.CISSP or CISA highly preferred.Risk assessment or internal audit experience preferred.Opportunities to make an impact in fintechPersonal and professional learningInclusive, diverse work environmentResources to give back to your communityCompetitive salary and benefitsAn inclusive workspace built on collaboration, flexibility and respect.A salary and benefits package that reflects your hard work.
