We're adding a Front-End Engineer to our dev team and offering significant equity to accompany your salary.This role can transition from early employee to a C-level position and has a huge upside in potential earnings.

You should be entrepreneurial and passionate about building scalable solutions. You should be familiar with design systems, have great analytical skills, and experience building complex, modular software.

What will you be working on? Development of our mobile and web platforms Collaborate with designers to iterate on the design and implementation of our product Architect and implement efficient, modular, reusable systems and abstractions Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues

Do you have what it takes? Software engineer with 2+ years of experience Solid foundation in computer scienceExperienced with design systemsExperience with Lean/Agile development methodologies Experience with information architecture and iterative designExperience implementing CI/CD, unit tests, integration tests, and test-driven development Experience connecting to RESTful APIs and JSONFrontend - React JS, FlutterYou have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of sustainable software development and like to experiment with cutting edge development technologies You have excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to commit to a timeline, stay on task and ensure sufficient availability to complete assigned tasks on time Fluent in English, written/spoken and available to communicate during normal business hours (GMT-6) North America, Central time zone Humility, honesty, accountability, and a sense of humor

Bonus Skills Proficient with FigmaExperience with iOS and/or Android OSes, including an understanding of their design patterns, limitations, and work-arounds Past work on applications that use geo-locating

What we prefer?We prefer that you would be willing to move to Minneapolis (We believe the founding team should collaborate in person).We will also consider great applicants from anywhere in the world who may work remote. (We currently employ engineers in MN, WI, IL, and HI.)
