Located within the MyMichigan Health Park Freeland the family medicine team has easy access to specialists in Cardiology and Rheumatology, outpatient services such as radiology and rehabilitation, Urgent Care & Occupational Health. Enjoy flexible scheduling models and a large call group with a nurse triage line.
Responsibilities
All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.Call 1:5 with nurse triage line support
Certifications and Licensures
Board Certified or Eligible in Family MedicineActive State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education
Graduate of a Medical School Recognized by the State of CaliforniaSuccessful completion of an ACGME approved residency
