📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Myrick Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Area Sales professional for an established manufacturer for the AR. OK, LA, and MO markets. The primary function is to create long-term value through building mutually beneficial relationships influencing loyalty within the building materials, construction, and architectural sectors.
Candidates in OK, LA, MO markets will be considered.This role will have 50% travel requirements.
ResponsibilitiesConduct research via all available methods to gain knowledge and direction for the market.Use CRM to log each interaction with all contacts and understand all past, present, and future construction projects in the sector.Develop a business plan and outline goals annually.Participate in industry related organizations (board memberships, meetings, events)Collaborate and communicate with the sales team to develop and maintain key account and partner relationships.Discuss and review opportunities with the engineering, product management, and new product development teams ·
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or 4 years related experience in a sale capacity.Previous sales experience in the Construction, Building Materials, or Architectural sectors.Previous sales presentation experienceCRM experience
