Project Management Leader

Your responsibilities encompass

• Defining and enhancing the AGILE methodology that describes how the project is being steered, executed and deployed in collaboration with relevant (senior) stakeholders• Capturing complex information and project reality into simple and clear guidelines and procedures that drive project assurance• Consulting and enabling stakeholder groups to apply and adhere to these guidelines and procedures• Harmonizing the AGILE methodology across the project• Continuously improving standards towards their applicability and effectiveness• Establishing program governance structures, defining project assurance measurements and KPls aligned with the project methodology• Coordinating project tool experts, standardizing the AGILE project software landscape, with a focus on continuous improvement• Being the first point of contact for project tools, driving their enhanced usage and staying updated on market innovation and developments

Your ideal profile should include

• 5+ years experience in Consulting, Project Management or BPO of strategic change and transformation projects (e.g. testing, data migration, platform cut-over)• Experience in setting up projects or initiatives, conceptualizing and defining methodology, guidelines and procedures• Advanced stakeholder management skills and experience in working with senior and C-level management• Strong ability to simplify complex information and clearly communicate complex matters• Certification and experience in applying project methodology frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAP Activate)• Ability in influencing others and creating storylines and vision• A proactive, pragmatic, and persistent approach in a fast-paced, international environment• Proficiency in Microsoft 0365 Suite, hands-on experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence• High software affinity or IT background and skills (e.g. PMP, ITIL, DevOps certifications) and interest in following latest software developments and digitalization trends, e.g.generative Al• Proficiency in business process management & optimization(BPO) or Lean Management is a plus• Experience in quality management or project assurance is beneficial• Superior English skills and additional languages are beneficial• Experience in SAP deployment, Finance or IT transformation projects is beneficial
