Our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven VP of Operations to lead and drive revenue growth across their multi-site facilities company. This role encompasses P&L responsibilities for Branch and Regional Operations, staff, processes, and execution. Exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and a track record of success are essential.

Job DescriptionOversee P&L success for the Branches and manage the Operating Budget.Develop a model for Operational Success in the Branches, aligning people, processes, and procedures with goals.Monitor and report on KPIs to support effective business management with Branch managers (direct reports) to strategize execution of our full line of service offerings.Ensure skill development in the field for Branch Managers/Service Managers, both with existing techs and potential new hires.Monitor revenue trends geographically to determine branch scaling and remote technician requirements.Manage the Fleet Program, ensuring appropriate equipment specs and tracking trends for replacements, crane and lift inspections.Develop and implement inventory control standards for trucks, warehouses, and the supply chain.Oversee supply chain management, including National RFP.Collaborate with the National Service Manager to warehouse and ship parts for our subcontractors in the field.Set and maintain truck min/max levels and standards.Work with CFO/Controller to develop and maintain price books in the system, facilitating quoting and invoicing standards.Continuously develop and report on price book/upsell results from Equipment Check (deficiencies).Manage direct reports, including training and performance reviews.Follow the Principles of EOS.Provide performance metric reports and budget management.Offer leadership consistent with company values.Collaborate with the Service team to enhance the customer value proposition, improve customer service, and maintain market competitiveness.Foster relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers.

Qualifications7+ years of Operations experience in a Facility Maintenance/Self-Perform environment.Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.Proven experience in achieving operational objectives.Strong strategic planning and implementation skillsof effectively managing a multi-site environmentin reporting and managing KPIs.track record building and leading teamsand successful relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractorsability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.in developing and implementing recurring maintenance programs and measuring success.
