Five Star Bath Solutions of South Atlanta is Now Hiring an Appointment Setter. The primary responsibilities of the appointment specialist:
- Calling back leads and setting appointments• Resetting missed appointments• Maintaining the Sales calendars• Providing customer service functions• Re-hashing unsold jobs• Achieving weekly and monthly quotas• Assisting in Scheduling installations
The appointment specialist is the glue that holds the sales and marketing teamtogether. They understand the amount of lead flow that is necessary to supply theneeded appointments to your sales team. As the marketing team produces raw leads,the appointment Specialist sets and confirms the appointments that are then assignedto sales people. They are responsible and compensated for making sure that everylead or appointment is attended to and for maintaining the database of raw leads. Theappointment specialist will also work with the sales department to re-hash (win-back)unsold appointments and provide customer service functions when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess
- Excellent communication skills• 6 months management experience (minimum)• 2 years customer service experience• The ability to work some nights and weekends• The ability to resolve issues/conflicts and stay organized• Basic computer skills• Valid driver’s license and transportation• Previous home improvement experience is a plus but not required
Compensation• $1,500 - $2,500 salary per month based on experience• $3 bonus per demonstration• $50 bonus per sold contract• Optional company benefits
Hours:Monday - Saturday 40 Hours per week onsite and remote.
