Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Cruz, CA for an Area Sales Manager at Courtyard by Marriott & Fairfield Inn & Suites, Santa Cruz. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading sales and marketing efforts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also build and maintain relationships with key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.
QualificationsPrior experience in hotel sales or related fieldProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsMarriott PMS experience (Preferred) Strong leadershipExcellent communication and negotiation skills; Looking for a Shark.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsFlexibility to travel for business purposes (less than 5%)
