Developing and maintaining timelines and expectations across agency functions:Establishing clear timelines and deliverables for various projects within the agency.Ensuring that all teams are aligned and aware of project milestones and deadlines.Implementing Project Management tools and processes for cross-functional project management:Introducing and managing project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration across different departments.Overseeing the implementation and optimization of tools like Workfront, Monday, or Asana.Acting as the main point of contact and conduit for campaign flow:Serving as the primary liaison between different teams involved in advertising campaigns.Facilitating communication and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the campaign lifecycle.Project managing agency campaigns and processes for various channels:Leading and coordinating advertising campaigns across paid search, specialized media and research, creative, and digital platforms.Managing the end-to-end process from planning to execution and analysis.Escalating issues and pain points to key stakeholders:Identifying and addressing any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.Communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.Client facing:Interfacing with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns.Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Creating process documentation when needed:Documenting project management processes, procedures, and best practices to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.Developing manuals, guidelines, and templates to streamline project execution.Assisting in onboarding new teams and team members:Supporting the integration of new teams or team members into existing project management processes.Providing training and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with agency standards.

Job Requirements/Experience

10+ years of experience in project management: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects within the advertising industry.Prior agency experience: Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency environment, with a deep understanding of agency dynamics and workflows.Fluency in 360 campaigns (digital, paid media, creative): Proficiency in managing integrated advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, paid media, and creative.Experience project managing on creative productions: Hands-on experience overseeing the production and execution of creative assets for advertising campaigns.Experience client facing: Proven ability to interact with clients, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate project updates and recommendations.Knowledge and intimate experience with implementing project management tools: Familiarity with project management software such as Workfront, Monday, or Asana, and a demonstrated ability to implement and leverage these tools effectively.
