Company Description We are a small, family owned automotive repair shop. We do almost all types of repairs, from patching a tire to replacing an engine. We do not do body work. Pay is competetive, we are closed on weekends, and the shop itself is climate controlled.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Automotive Technician at Lexington 1 Stop Auto Shop located in Lexington, SC. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic tests, repairing and maintaining automotive vehicles, and ensuring their functionality. You will also perform inspections and adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar roleKnowledge of automotive diagnostic systems and methodsAbility to handle various tools and heavy equipmentExcellent physical stamina and manual dexterityDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsGood communication and customer service skillsCertification from a vocational school or relevant degree is a plus
