Responsibilities for Behavioral Health TherapistProvide an array of outpatient mental health services to promote individualized client progress according to Federal and State laws, the ethical standards of the license that you hold.Conduct intakes and individual and family therapy sessions.Develop treatment plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment. Currently no productivity requirements.Qualifications for Behavioral Health TherapistAble to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation according to applicable laws and ethical standards for the practice of counseling.Must be licensed in related clinical field - LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP - or on track for licensure.Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families and maintain professionalism.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer literacy skillsGood organizational skillsStrong problem-solverSelf-motivated, self-starter, self-disciplinedPreferences · Education: minimum of Master’s Degreeo Exceptions can be made for those currently working towards LPCC and needing supervision to obtain licensure.Job Details· Flexible scheduling (Full Time and Part Time)· Private Practice· 1099 Contract Worker· Competitive Splits based on local ratesIf interested please contact Emily Barto at ebarto.nreflectionscounseling@gmail.comPlease include any questions and an attached resume.
