Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sugar Land, TX for a Civil Land Development Engineer. The Civil Land Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of land development projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare engineering plans and specifications. The Civil Land Development Engineer will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and successful project completion.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseExperience in land development engineering and site designProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design softwareKnowledge of local and state regulations and codes related to land developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment"Growing company with lots of Potential to succeed and move up your career to be your own boss”
