Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Specialist at the Domestic Violence Crisis Center located in Minot, ND. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct client services, including but not limited to safety planning, crisis intervention, and emotional support. You will also assist clients with referrals to community resources and provide basic needs assistance. The Client Support Specialist will maintain client confidentiality and uphold the mission and values of the Domestic Violence Crisis Center.
Qualifications Experience working with survivors of domestic violence or similar populations preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and ethical boundaries in a client-centered environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and data entryValid driver's license and reliable transportation required
