Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Logansport, IN for a CNC Programmer & Operator at Four Brothers Inc. The CNC Programmer & Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. They will collaborate with the engineering team to interpret blueprints and specifications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the final products.
QualificationsProficiency in CNC programming and operatingExperience with CAD/CAM softwareKnowledge of machining processes and toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsAttention to detail and precisionStrong problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in CNC programming and operation is preferredRelevant certifications are a plus
