Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you will be responsible for reviewing all communications that are release to external customers. The Communications Consultant daily duties will consist of reviewing an inventory of email and letter template communication documentation, you will assess whether the file templates are similar to previously approved communications, and if not, edit and rewrite content language utilized in the external communications to meet the company brand guidelines.The Communications Consultant then presents their written edits to the legal and compliance approval teams for final review before releasing the external communications out to customers.The Communications Consultant will become an expert in the communications inventory files, assess whether the file templates are similar to previously approved communications, and if not, rewrite the communications to meet the brand guidelines.

Qualifications:Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Direct external customer communications experience.Ability to review, edit and rewrite communications relating to bank merchant services to external customers.Assess communication language in relation to brand guidelines and company policy requirements.Ability to present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Ability to provide information to client personnel in Communications.Strong attention to detail and identify non-compliant written content.Organized, self-starter with the experience and ability to work without close direction in a changing environment.Financial services writing background (Preferred)
