We are seeking a seasoned, Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As our Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing human service programs and pipelines to resources designed to improve the quality of life of inner-city residents. Your direct services will include personal counseling, facilitating achievement plan processes and case management. Your expertise in providing effective outcome-based customer service will be essential in promoting engagement and supporting our organization's mission.Responsibilities:Develop and implement collaborative programs and interventions designed to improve the quality of life for inner-city residents.Provide counseling, case management & referral services.Attend neighborhood meetings.Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Maintain records, prepare reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Demonstrated effective experience in areas of responsibility and work in inner-city communitiesReliable personal transportationSkills:leadership, Interpersonal communications, community outreach, inter-agency collaborations, research, customer service
