📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Community Engagement Specialist will provide engagement support for capital projects for the remainder of 2024. Approximately 8 hours per week. Work is remote with occasional in-person meetings. This position is intended for a professional with five to ten years of project experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialist will develop community engagement plans and materials for planning strategic projects. Experience in community engagement and planning processes required for independent tasks.
Additional planning related tasks may include:¡ Coordination with project managers, stakeholders, and the public¡ Preparation and attendance of community meetings¡ Advise on community engagement strategies for major projects
