Construction Payroll/Account Payable
Public Works Contractor has immediate opening for full time qualified payroll/accounts payable specialist. Minimum three years of union payroll experience required. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Sage Accounting, LCP Tracker, ICAS a plus. Understanding of certified payroll, payroll taxes, benefits, union dues.
Process weekly and bimonthly payroll including collecting, reviewing and entering weekly timecards. Calculate and file monthly union reports. Maintain Federal, State and local agency requirements of workforce reporting, registry and tracking. Communicate timely, concisely and respectfully with all levels of personnel.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational and time management skills working under set time constraints, can be trusted with sensitive information. Must work well with others as a team player, but also able to work alone with minimal supervision.
