ENGAGEMENT MANAGER / CONSULTANTRare opportunity to join the consulting world without having prior consulting experience.An operations management implementation consultancy looking for an Engagement Manager to lead a team of consultants with engagements across a variety of industries.Responsibilities:· Manage the engagement to deliver savings at or above target, on time, and on budget while ensuring client satisfaction.· Establish and build collaborative working relationship with main client executive(s), and the engagement team ensuring timely execution of tasks and deliverables.· Establishing clear goal expectations, regular communication, management process, team training and mentoring as needed.· Identify additional projects.Mandatory Experience/Education:· Bachelor’s Degree, advance degree is a plus.· 6+ years of consistent and demonstrated managerial success in a rigorous manufacturing management role. · Strong background in supply chain, logistics, and procurement.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.· C-level experience in negotiations.· Proven leadership experience in managing groups/teams to get positive outcomes and results.· Able to accommodate heavy travel to accommodate the client locations. Sunday to Friday.· No relocation - live in any major city with proximity to a major airport.This highly visible position offers a fast track to senior leadership roles.
