Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Contents Restoration Technician at Advanced Design Restoration. The Contents Restoration Technician is responsible for performing contents cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. This role involves assessing damaged contents, packing and inventorying items, cleaning and deodorizing contents, and properly storing and returning items to the property owners. The Contents Restoration Technician will collaborate with a team of professionals to provide excellent customer service and ensure the successful restoration of contents.
QualificationsAbility to lift over 30 lbs.Comfortable with bending, lifting, kneeling, and twistingStrong communication skills and ability to work well within a teamDemonstrates professionalism and integrityPossession of a valid driver's licenseAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and grow; training providedAvailability to work some Saturdays during busy seasons
Responsibilities
Performing on-site content cleaning laborOrganizing and transporting items to our warehouse for restoration or secure storageContributing to our commitment to excellence in customer service and property restorationCompleting contents restoration tasks based on work orders, such as:Cleaning and packing household items and furniture related to the damaged areaBoxing up and moving belongings on-site or to our facilitiesTaking accurate inventory and photo documentation of all itemsCleaning the vicinity of the damaged area for reconstructionProfessionally cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing household items and furniture
Please note that this is a full-time position based in Novi, MI, with flexibility for some remote work.
