Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP is a dynamic, growing full service law firm with a strong national and international corporate practice engaged in complex commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial lending, venture capital and private equity finance as well as assisting entrepreneurs in business start-up and formation. We represent a diverse commercial and institutional client base in many industries, including healthcare, , national retailers, apparel, healthcare, technology, commercial real estate and manufacturing. The ideal candidates must have three (3) to five (5) plus years of corporate experience and have the ability to apply not only legal skills but business acumen to the practice of law. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills as associates are expected to interact directly with clients. Salary and bonus are competitive and commensurate with experience.
