📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Benefits Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, assisting them in understanding and maximizing the benefits they receive from our products/services.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products/services.Assist customers in navigating their benefits, including but not limited to insurance coverage, discounts, rewards programs, and loyalty points.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to customers based on their needs and interests.Stay informed about company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using computers and customer service software applications.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
