SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION
Job Details for Mobile Sales Rep: This position includes initial training to become a customer sales rep in Sugar Land that will familiarize you with the industry, data base, clientele, contractor staff and office staff. Gradually this position will move into a 1 day in-office sales role and a 4 day mobile Greater Houston/Southeast Texas sales role. (May include 2-3 overnight trips per year) About the Company: We are a paramedical company which utilizes medical contractors to complete mobile life insurance medicals for new life insurance applicants. We have been in the Greater Houston area since 1979, contracting with a national paramedical company which serves the life insurance industry. Role:Learn about the industry and the insurance agent and agency market in the Greater Houston and Southeast Texas areas. When in training, assist with customer service when in the office Master the computer data base including sales reports in order to generate sales plan and analytical reports to build your sales basePerform sales presentations to individual agents and agenciesGenerate monthly sales reports for analysisAnalyze sales data and report to Regional Director Benefits: $35-$45k annual salary based on experience and qualificationsDental & Vision discount plan (no medical insurance)Simple IRA at 2 yearsPaid holidaysWeekly Commission based on number of attendees at sales meetingsAnnual bonus based on job performanceMileage reimbursement Qualifications: Highschool diplomaSome college work preferred but not requiredAbility to use whole suite of Microsoft Office proficiently (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)Minimum 1 year sales experience preferredStrong verbal and interpersonal communications skillsWorking vehicleComputer and data base skills
