We're on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online marketing efforts.

Job Description:As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Versa Gripps, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive sales through various digital channels, both company owned channels and in partnership with customers who drive out international business. You will work closely with our CEO and our Business Development leader to align digital marketing efforts with our growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to build a lasting connection with consumers, including managing and expanding our presence on social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.• Launch optimized online ads through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc., to enhance company and brand awareness.• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)• Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails.• Provide creative input for content marketing and oversee website updates.• Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience on digital platforms.• Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure the performance of our digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.• Stay updated on online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.• Maintain and expand partnerships with media agencies and vendors.• Own the video production process for online ads and web images, including shooting and editing content.

Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong passion for fitness and enthusiasm for Versa Gripps products.• Proven experience in a digital marketing role (4+ years), with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and B2C social media, Google Adwords, and SEO/SEM campaigns in a consumer goods environment is a huge plus.• Familiarity with ad serving tools and web analytics tools.• Exceptional skills in creative content writing and an analytical mindset for critical thinking.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.• Experience in photography, video production, and managing the video creation process is highly desirable.
