📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing, dynamic person who enjoys speaking with people and serving clients. This role will often be first person that prospective customers will meet and speak with, which is why it is named the Director of First Impressions.
As part of the role of Director of First Impressions with Retirement Wealth Design, LLC you will be expected to participate in all aspects of growing the business as we serve our clients and community. Our core values are based around the acronym C.A.R.E. which stands for Compassion,

- Event operations, speaker introduction, and scheduling appointments with prospects at event
- Creating automation workflows for prospect and client outreach, working with automation vendors to learn, implement, and track automation
- Scheduling, calendaring, and coordinating marketing events and client event
- Managing data entry, CRM, and performance tracking for clients, prospects, and event
- Coordinating with our professional marketing team for events, materials and best practice
- Greeting, conversing, and serving prospects and clients that come to the offic
- Answering the phone for incoming cals
- Confirming appointments over the phne
- Monitoring and confirming new registrants for evnts
- Performing follow-up “thank you” and “sorry we missed you” calls from eents
- Procurement of supplies for office and events on Company acounts
This is a full-time position Monday- Friday 8:30a-5p and will require occassional evening hours (5p-8p) 2-4 weekdays per month (additional compensation for these hours). We encourage employee development with the opportunity for career growth and performance bonuses. Benefits include PTO, 9 holidays, and continuing education reimburment. We currently do NOT offer healthcare benfits.
Starting salary of $48,000 with bonus opportnity.
A college degree is preferred but not required for this position. Marketing exerpience is preferred but not required. Financial services is not req
