Company DescriptionWe are a small Academy specializing in low ratio and even lower turn-over. Our size requires strict limits on the number of families we can serve. We accept children from 6 weeks to 11 years old or 5th grade.
We help young children build strong relationships with teachers, each other and nature so that they gain the benefits of deep relationships without compromising high quality, child centered learning.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for Early Childcare Teachers at All Our Children Elite Childcare Academy. As an Early Childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, and intellectual development. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, assessing and monitoring children's progress, and communicating with parents or guardians. This role is located in Lithonia, GA and requires on-site presence.
QualificationsApplicants for the Early Childcare Teachers role should have:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience working with young childrenA passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing situationsKnowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood educationCurrent CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)"
